5. 표고 민간요법
a.열감기
감기가 들기 직전에 오한이 나면서 몸에서 열이 날 때 말린 표고 8개(150g)에 물 3컵을 붓고, 반으로 줄때까지 약한 불에 달여서 하루 3번씩 복용하며, 목에 통증이 있을때 소금과 함께 표고를 달여 마시고, 하루정도 마시면 효과가 나타난다.
b.숨이차고 답답할 때
나이가 들면 노화현상이 시작되면서 가슴이 뛰거나 숨이차는 현상이 때때로 일어나지만, 나이가 들지 않았는데도 이런 증세가 나타나는 경우도 있다. 이럴때는 표고 2개를 잘게 썰어 컵에 담고 끓인 물을 붓고, 그 첫 번째 물은 버린후 다시 끓인 물을 부어 표고의 맛이 우러나게 1∼2분 정도 담가 놓는다. 여기에 소금을 약간 타서 아침식전에 마시기를 1개월정도 하면 효과가 나타난다.
c.허약체질, 고혈압
허약체질로 인해 자주 피로감을 느끼고, 기력이 없으며 정서적으로 불안한 상태가 계속되는 증세를 나타내는 사람에게는 표고를 끓여 그 물을 차게 식혀서 매일밤 잠자기 전에 가벼운 목욕을 한 뒤 마시면 좋다. 또한, 고혈압이 있는 사람도 이렇게 마시면 혈압이 정상치를 유지할 수도 있다.
d.신경통
표고 30g을 14∼20℃의 물 1ℓ에 담가 하룻밤을 우린다. 이 물을 하루에 한컵씩 계속해서 마신다. 이것이 비위에 맞지 않아서 마시기 힘든 사람은 한번 끓였다가 식힌 후에 마시면 좋다.
